Yes, and we do it regularly along that stretch. We do not need the bike wheeled out to the footpath. As long as someone can open the gate or roller door and point us at the machine, we set up beside it and do the whole job in place, whether that is cutting a key from the lock, programming a chip or repairing a barrel.
I ride a moped and the seat lock has jammed shut. Is that a job for you?
It is. Seat locks are a regular moped and scooter complaint, usually from grit and a stretched cable rather than anything broken. Once the seat will not open you often cannot reach the fuel filler or the battery either, so it is worth fixing properly. We attend wherever the moped is parked in Fawkner, free the lock, and cut keys to match if needed.
