Can you reach a bike that will not start inside the refinery grounds?
In most cases, yes, once site security clears us in. Give us the gate you use and the name on the pass, and we contact whoever needs to sign us in before we drive over. We work quickly once inside, because shift workers cannot afford to lose a break sorting out a bike, and we confirm a price before we travel to the gate.
My scooter will not restart while I am mid-shift on Pier Street. How fast can you help?
We cannot promise an exact number of minutes, because traffic and parking both matter, but we treat working riders as a priority and get moving as soon as we hang up. Tell us the shop you are outside and stay with the bike if you can. Most Pier Street faults are a stuck ignition or a fading key, both of which we sort at the kerb.
My Kawasaki has KIPASS and I have lost the fob near Cherry Lake. Is that something you can fix?
Usually, yes, though KIPASS is different from an ordinary cut key. It is a proximity system, and the bike carries a separate mechanical emergency blade built for this. We locate and use that blade, then work out the right path to a replacement or spare fob. Have the model and year ready when you call, and we confirm a price before we travel.
