Motorcycle Locksmith Rosanna
Rosanna 3084 runs on two things: the traffic grinding along Rosanna Road and the commuter crowd that fills the station car park by eight in the morning. We are a mobile motorcycle locksmith, so everything comes to wherever your bike has stopped, whether that is the car park, the Beetham Parade shops or a hillside driveway off Douglas Street.
- Rosanna Station car park, Beetham Parade or a driveway on the hill

Motorcycle key cutting and programming equipment comes to the bike at the confirmed Australian service location.
Key cutting, transponder programming, replacement keys and ignition lock repairs are handled at the bike.
Before cutting or programming any key, Michael checks identification and proof of ownership.
The Jobs We See Most in Rosanna
Rosanna’s callouts cluster where the suburb concentrates: around the station, along the Lower Plenty Road shops and up the quiet slopes where bikes sit at home all week.
The Station Car Park at Knock-Off
Riders leave bikes at Rosanna Station all day and come back down the ramp at six to find the key gone or the ignition refusing to turn. That is a straightforward job for us. Stay with the bike, give us the row you are parked in and the make and model, and we cut and program a replacement in the bay rather than moving it anywhere.
Quick Stops on Beetham Parade
Beetham Parade is the local strip, and a five minute errand is exactly when a key ends up on a counter or down the side of a seat. Bikes and scooters park nose-in along the kerb there, which gives us plenty of room to work. Ring from where you are standing, name the shop, and we will come to that spot rather than asking you to move.
Breakdowns on Rosanna Road
Rosanna Road carries trucks and commuters nose to tail from early morning, and it is a miserable place for a bike to stop. If a barrel jams or a key snaps in the ignition on that stretch, get the machine off the traffic lanes and onto a side street or driveway if you safely can, then call. We will work from wherever it ends up sitting.
Sloped Driveways Above the Parklands
The streets that climb away from Rosanna Parklands are steep, and a bike parked on a slope with a seized steering lock is not something you want to wrestle alone. We come up the drive with the gear and work on the machine where it stands, chocked and stable. Grandview Grove, Banyule Road and the crescents around them are regular ground for us.

How Our Rosanna Callout Works
Three steps, and the bike never leaves the spot it is in.
1. Call and describe
Call 0410 380 354 and tell us the bike, the problem and where in Rosanna it is parked. We confirm a price before we travel.
2. We come to Rosanna
We travel to the bike wherever it sits in Rosanna — kerbside, car park, laneway or driveway. Nothing needs towing.
3. Ride away
We check ID and proof of ownership, cut or program the key or repair the lock, then test it before we leave.
Station Bays, Hills and the Rosanna Road Crawl
Rosanna is easy to reach and awkward to park in, which is the opposite problem to the inner suburbs. Rosanna Road and Lower Plenty Road move slowly at peak, the station bays fill early, and the residential streets fold back on themselves in ways that confuse a map. None of that affects the work itself, because every part of it happens beside your bike.
It does affect how quickly we find you, so be specific on the phone. At the station, tell us which side of the line you parked on and roughly where in the car park. At home, a house number and a note about the gate or garage saves a lap of the block. If you are on a shopping strip, the shop name is enough.
Station commuter bays
The car park either side of Rosanna Station is straightforward to work in. Tell us the entrance you used and stay near the bike so we can find you.
Rosanna Road at peak
Traffic on this stretch does not let up. If the bike has stopped on it, we would rather work from a side street, so move it clear if that is safe.
Steep driveways
Sloped drives are normal here. We chock the bike, work on the level part where we can and never leave a machine balanced on a hill.
Ownership checks
Photo ID and proof the bike is yours are checked in person before a key is cut. Be at the bike when we arrive and it is done quickly.
Worth knowing: Read the make, model and year straight off the registration papers when you ring. Guessing from memory is what sends us back for different equipment.
Not sure we can reach your bike?
Describe the spot and we will tell you straight away. We work Rosanna every week and very little surprises us. Call 0410 380 354.

Rosanna Motorcycle Locksmith FAQs
My bike is in the Rosanna Station car park and the key is gone. Can you come to it there?
Yes, that is one of our regular jobs here. Leave the bike in the bay and stay with it. We arrive with the cutting and programming equipment, take the code from the lock on the machine, cut a blade and program the chip if the model uses one. The bike rides out of the car park the same evening rather than going on a truck.
How does pricing work, and when do I find out what it costs?
Before anything moves. Tell us the make, model and year, what keys you still hold and where the bike is, and we confirm a price on the phone before we travel. That figure covers coming to Rosanna and doing the work described. If we get there and the bike turns out to need something different, we stop and talk it through first.
I ride a Kawasaki with KIPASS and the fob has disappeared. What now?
KIPASS is a proximity system, so the fob is detected rather than turned, and there is a separate mechanical emergency blade for the seat and steering lock. That makes it a different job from a lost cut key, and what can be done depends on the model, the year and what you still have in your hand. Call with those details and we will explain the options plainly.
My key snapped off in the ignition. Is the whole barrel ruined?
Usually not. A snapped blade normally means the key was worn or the barrel was tight, and the broken piece can often be extracted at the roadside without pulling the ignition apart. From there we cut a fresh key and, if the barrel itself is the problem, repair or replace it on the spot. Do not force the stub with pliers first, as that is what turns a small job into a big one.
Do you cover the streets around the golf club and the parklands, or just the main roads?
All of it. Rosanna 3084 is a small patch and we treat it as one area, from the station end up to the crescents behind the golf club. Whether the bike is at De Winton Park, on Douglas Street or halfway up a driveway off Banyule Road makes no difference to what we bring or what we charge for the trip.
Bike Stranded in Rosanna?
Station car park, Beetham Parade kerb or a driveway up the hill, we come to the machine and finish the job there. Call 0410 380 354 and we will tell you when we can be with you.
