Stay with the bike and call us. We come to that kerb, read the lock on the bike itself and cut a working key there, then program the transponder if the model uses one. Nothing is towed and the bike does not leave the space it is in. If you are between shops and cannot see the bike, tell us the closest cross street when you call.
I commute from Balaclava Station. Can you meet me at the bike after work?

No. We are motorcycle specialists and that is all we do: motorcycles, scooters and mopeds.
